Submit your project by March 1.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the third year, the University Libraries will give a prize of $500  in recognition of an  outstanding undergraduate project that best demonstrates the ability to locate,  select, and synthesize information from library resources and uses those  resources in the creation of an original &lt;span&gt;research&lt;/span&gt; project. Through this new membership, UNCG’s faculty and graduate students have preferred application status for all of the Folger Institute programs.  These include weekend conferences, symposia, semester-length seminars and skills courses, multi-session weekend seminars, and multi-session colloquia. The stand is located near the entrance to the Reading Room, across from the New Books shelf. Papers will be delivered daily during the week and are available for free to anyone who would like to take one. On Saturday, January 14, both Jackson and the Music Library are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  On Sunday, January 15, Jackson opens at 1:00 PM and closes at 7:00 PM.  The Music Library will operate from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jackson Library will resume its normal hours starting Tuesday, January 17 at 7:30 AM. The first issue includes articles on engaging the You Tube generation, increasing interaction in college classrooms, and the Noel Center for Academic Creativity at  Eastern Kentucky University.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Congratulations to the University Libraries' Joe Williams, Richard Cox, Kathy Crowe, Mike Crumpton, Jenny Dale, and Beth Filar Williams for launching the new journal.  Several other staff and faculty members at UNCG contributed to the founding of &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;The Journal of Learning Spaces&lt;/span&gt;, including Anthony Chow, Curtis Erwin, Patrick Lee Lucas, Beth Martin, Ray Purdom, and Guy Sanders. &lt;span style="background-color: transparent;
